For hand carved plugs and gauges, the smallest I can make is 2g (6 - 6.50mm) and the largest is 1 inch (25mm).

As there is no universal standard of sizing for plugs, I have put a detailed description in each listing with the rough dimensions containing: Inner saddle, Outter flare, Wearable (thickness) and even grams for weight.
For example: 2g plugs have been seen in both 6mm and 6.50mm throughout online - and that little bit makes a huge difference. If you are unsure about what your mm is, I recommend seeing if a previous pair that fits comfortably has given you the mm dimensions (most do).

I would recommend not wearing the silver/stone studs to bed! Same applies for any raw-edged stone plugs/gauges/items.
As far as crystal necklaces go, constant use in water is not recommended (pool / beach / shower ect), but don't be afraid to wash/cleanse every once in awhile!

Listings under the 'Custom plugs' section is the current selection of available stones – each listing has a dropdown menu of plug sizes that it can be made into. If you have preferred measurements on the inner/outter flare or wearable size, please leave a note upon checkout – otherwise I will make them in my most common dimensions (usually the flare is 1.60-1.80mm bigger than inner; and wearable around 10mm). I will update this section frequently, and hide the section if I receive more orders at one time than I can guarantee my turnaround time. I work on each custom order as they are received, and also allow myself extra rime in case the stone breaks midway forcing me to restart the plugs. This would be at no extra cost to you, but does happen from time to time and varies greatly on type of stone. For this reason I do not do custom orders for Labradorite, Moonstone, or any client provided rock. This also goes for rocks that are not suitable to wear for plugs, for example Bumblebee Jasper or Malachite. If there is an issue during the process, and I do not have any material in which to replace the work, I will message you to let you know and refund you the full amount. If there is a stone you want but don't see, please let me know, as I may be able to find it! (continued, below)...

If I do, I require a deposit (which would be based on the price of the stone) prior to my purchasing the stone you desire - please note I only make from 2g to an Inch for plugs. This deposit, of course, goes towards the amount of the plugs, which will be due upon receiving the stone, in which I can create a “custom order listing” on Etsy. When the remainder is paid, I will complete your new set of plugs within the 14 days, as outlined in custom orders FAQ, above.

Custom orders are not limited to plugs - for example, if you would like a hole drilled in something (and I am able to do it), or would like a necklace or cabochon ect, don't be afraid to ask! Please note all customs/adjustments orders are final sale! (cannot be returned)

Standard shipping is included with all orders over $35usd. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, there is an option to do so upon checkout. If you forget to upgrade shipping upon checkout, you may purchase an additional listing called "Shipping Upgrade" which is always found at the top of the listings (main page). See 'Estimated Shipping Times', above, for ETA's. If your package gets lost in the mail and you have chosen Standard Shipping (no tracking) please be advise there is no refund. If you upgrade your shipping upon checkout to obtain tracking, and if it gets lost, please contact me to sort something out.

Because of social distancing practices due to Covid -19, shipping times have varied outside of the usual estimated shipping times, listed above. Even with a shipping upgrade times have been random - tho it is nice to have a sense of relief with the addition of a tracking number ;)

ATTN EU RESIDENTS: I am currently not sending to countries in the EU due to the recent changes with IOSS numbers and people getting charged VAT twice. Until this program works with all shipping providers, I cannot guarantee you will not get charged twice. Because of all this confusion, I will stop shipping to these countries until further notice.
